De las implicaciones del incumplimiento de las funciones y actividades establecidas en el presente decreto . Para los servidores públicos, los directivos docentes y docentes, se entiende esta actividad como una obligación legal y en consecuencia el incumplimiento del deber o la realización de las actividades de manera inadecuada, que genera grave daño a la Nación, tendrá los efectos establecidos en la Ley 734 de 2002.
