El plazo de diez días hábiles de que trata el artículo 34 del Decreto 98 de 1973, para que los Fondos Regionales de Capitalización Social paguen los saldos a su cargo por concepto de cesantía definitiva, comenzará a correr a partir de la fecha en la cual los fondos hayan recibido los documentos requeridos para efectuar el respectivo pago.
