ARTICULO 9. Las Industrias, fábricas o cualquier otra clase de instalaciones, incluyendo aquellas situadas en las riberas de los ríos que desembocan directamente al mar, que para su operación requieran verter sus desechos al mar o al río, según sea el caso, además de las autorizaciones correspondientes, deberán dotarse de los elementos necesarios para evitar la contaminación y deberán constituir, igualmente, la garantía de que trata el artículo 5 del presente Decreto.
