En campaña, cuando se formen Brigadas, los individuos que tengan derecho á auxilios de marcha, recibirán los bagajes que se les den por orden del Jefe de operaciones y sólo podrá abonárseles en dinero el valor de dichos auxilios desde el lugar en que no puedan continuar sirviéndose de ellos, lo cual se hará constar en el respectivo pasaporte por la primera autoridad política ó militar del respectivo lugar.
