A partir de la vigencia de la presente ley, el Gobierno Nacional incluirá en el presupuesto anual de cada vigencia una suma no menor a noventa millones de pesos ($ 90.000.000.00), con el objeto de que la Escuela de Capacitación Minera, sede Marmato, pueda realizar sus objetivos y cumplir debidamente los programas académicos, de capacitación, investigación y extensión comunitaria.
