Art. 35. Las cuentas de Enajenaciones i Remates definitivos tienen por objeto llevar separadamente la cuenta de las adjudicaciones que hayan de hacerse en las respectivas oficinas, a fin de no introducir confusión alguna entre los valores liquidados i reconocidos definitivamente a favor del Tesoro, i los valores que se causen a deber por los rematadores de fincas desamortizadas, respecto de los cuales, i por cuanto pueden desertar de los remates que hayan hecho, de conformidad con la lei, apénas hai probabilidad de que realmente se causen a deber.
