Las monografías para ascensos a que se refieren los artículos 24, 25 y 26 deben ser originales y reunir las demás calidades que se determinen en la reglamentación que expedirá el Director. El Consejo Académico, con base en la calificación de la monografía y cuando el candidato haya obtenido en su última calificación de servicios por lo menos setenta y cinco (75) puntos, hará, la recomendación del ascenso.
