Artículo octavo. Los Notarios y Registradores deberán llevar libros de contabilidad, debidamente numerados y foliados. Cada una de sus hojas será rubricada por un funcionario de la Sección de Notariato y Registro o por la autoridad del lugar que comisione al efecto el Ministerio de Justicia.
