Objeto. La Empresa de Energía del Pacífico S.A., EPSA tendrá como finalidad desarrollar las funciones de generación, transmisión y distribución de energía eléctrica, atendiendo de manera prioritaria las necesidades de la región, y en forma complementaria las de otras regiones del país o el exterior.
