La Dirección General de Aduanas permitirá la nacionalización de los productos de que tratan los artículos 55 y 56 de la Ley 1º de 1959 y disposiciones concordantes, sin el previo pago de los derechos de aduana, pero mediante la constitución de la respectiva garantía, de acuerdo con los apartes b) y c) del citado artículo 55 y el artículo 56 de la misma Ley.
