Art. 113. Las Escuelas Normales tendrán los siguientes empleados: la de varones, un Director, un Subdirector, un Prefecto general de estudios, tres Catedráticos, de los cuales el de Pedagogía será Maestro de la Escuela Anexa: la de mujeres una Directora, dos Catedráticos y una Maestra de la escuela anexa. Cada una de estas escuelas tendrá su respectivo portero.
