Metodologías de valoración de contingencias. La Dirección General de Crédito Público y Tesoro Nacional del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, adoptará mediante actos administrativos de carácter general, las metodologías aplicables a los contratos estatales para determinar el valor de las obligaciones contingentes que en ellos se estipulen.
