° Del ámbito territorial de las prestaciones. El ISS podrá autorizar la atención de la salud de sus beneficiarios en instituciones del exterior, cuya eficiencia esté científicamente acreditada, sólo para la realización de procedimientos que no se practiquen en el país, o cuando el riesgo suceda en el exterior y no haya el tiempo necesario para el traslado a Colombia, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 1° de la Ley 20 de 1987 y en los términos de este Reglamento.
