Los empleadores de que trata el presente Decreto pagarán directamente la cesantía a los trabajadores que se contraten para las labores de que trata el artículo 4º.. numeral 2°, del decreto 2351 de 1965, sin quedar obligados por este concepto con el respectivo fondo.
