Pasaporte Diplomático Al Cónyuge O Compañero(A) Permanente

Pasaporte diplomático al cónyuge o compañero(a) permanente. Se expedirá pasaporte diplomático al cónyuge o compañero(a) permanente que resida con quien tiene derecho a la expedición del pasaporte diplomático conforme al presente capítulo, excepto en los casos contemplados en los numerales IV y VI del artículo 2.2.1.5.1.1 de este decreto.

Parágrafo

Igualmente, y siempre y cuando sea necesario, se expedirá pasaporte diplomático al cónyuge extranjero, dejando constancia que este acto no significa reconocimiento de la nacionalidad colombiana ni constituye prueba de la misma.
