Sin perjuicio de lo estipulado en el artículo anterior, las autoridades internas de los resguardos indígenas ejercerán control en la administración de los recursos, de conformidad con sus usos y costumbres. El resguardo, a través de la autoridad indígena correspondiente, podrá informar a las autoridades competentes en materia de evaluación y control, las irregularidades que se presenten en la ejecución del contrato o convenio.
