°. Competencias en salud. Los distritos, además de las competencias de prestación de servicios de salud a que se refiere este decreto, tendrán las mismas competencias en salud de los municipios y departamentos, conforme lo establecen los artículos 43, 44 y 45 de la Ley 715 de 2001.
