Los asociados a las cooperativas de vivienda de propiedad cooperativa, sólo podrán ser excluidos por decisión final de las asambleas general y la restitución de las unidades habitacionales ocupadas por ellos o por cesionarios temporales, se hará mediante el trámite del proceso verbal que establece el Código de Procedimiento Civil.
