Con las excepciones previstas en los artículo 55 y 59 de estos estatutos, corresponde a la Junta Directiva el libre nombramiento y remoción de los demás empleados que disfruten de asignaciones mayores de $200.00 al mes y al Gerente el nombramiento y remoción de los que devenguen 200.00 o menos, debiendo dar cuenta a la Junta Directiva.
