º Articulación con el Sistema Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnología. Los Institutos se vincularán al Sistema Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnología, y el Ministerio del Medio Ambiente desempeñará la Secretaría Técnica y Administrativa del Consejo del Programa Nacional de Ciencias del Medio Ambiente y el Habitat; colaborarán en la evaluación, seguimiento y control de aquellas investigaciones que el Consejo estime pertinente.
