De Conformidad Con El Parágrafo 1 º Del Artículo 4

º De conformidad con el

Parágrafo 1

º del artículo 4.1.1.3 del Estatuto Orgánico del Mercado Público de Valores, los emisores de valores actualmente vigilados por la Superintendencia de Sociedades dejarán de ser objeto de dicha inspección y vigilancia a partir del 30 de marzo de 1994. En consecuencia, una vez cesen las facultades de la Superintendencia de Sociedades sobre los emisores de valores, hoy sujetos a su inspección y vigilancia, éstos pasarán a ser objeto del control exclusivo de la Superintendencia de Valores, mientras conserven tal calidad.
