Para lograr una mayor cobertura en la prestación del servicio registral y adelantar jornadas especiales del registro de instrumentos públicos, con prioridad para la población desplazada y campesina, la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro contará con unidades móviles que permitan prestar el servicio público registral en zonas apartadas de la geografía nacional, y realizar registros de actos.
