Consejo de la Medalla. El Consejo de la medalla militar “Espíritu Antártico”, estará integrado así:

Presidente: Comandante de la Armada Nacional o su delegado

Vicepresidente: Segundo Comandante Armada y Jefe de Estado Mayor Naval.

Vocales: Secretario Ejecutivo de la Comisión Colombiana del Océano - Director del Programa Antártico Colombiano.

Secretario: Director de Personal Armada Nacional.

Parágrafo

Para efectos de las funciones y atribuciones de los miembros del Consejo se dará aplicación a lo establecido en el artículo 2.3.1.3.6.2. del Decreto número 1070 de 2015.
