Renuncia al curso de formación. Únicamente en el evento de que un educador que pertenece al doce por ciento (12%) anteriormente señalado de manera expresa e inequívoca renuncie a la posibilidad de realizar el curso de formación de que trata la presente sección transitoria, y con ello, a la posibilidad de ascender o reubicarse salarialmente, será reemplazado por el educador que cuente con el puntaje inmediatamente siguiente que lo habilite para pertenecer al porcentaje en mención, y este educador, a su vez, tendrá los mismos derechos y obligaciones que el educador que ha renunciado al curso de formación.
