La renuncia o demora en ejecutar las reglas de este Decreto y de la ley que reglamenta se sancionará con multas sucesivas de quinientos ($ 500.00) a un mil pesos ($ 1.000.00), que impondrán las autoridades de Policía de oficio o a solicitud de parte con sujeción a los procedimientos policivos respectivos y con la obligación de dar aviso a los Ministerios de Gobierno, Educación, Desarrollo Económico y Comunicaciones, según el caso.
