Sanciones. El incumplimiento por parte del concesionario de las normas establecidas en este Decreto, en el Decreto-ley 1900 de 1990 y en las demás normas aplicables, dará lugar a la imposición de sanciones por parte del Ministerio de Comunicaciones, de conformidad con las reglas establecidas para el efecto en el Decreto-ley 1900 de 1990, sin perjuicio de lo previsto en la Ley 142 de 1994.
