Apropiase para atender a los gastos de los establecimientos públicos nacionales, durante el año fiscal del lo de enero al 31 de diciembre de 1982, una suma igual a la calculada para los ingresos, o sea la cantidad de doscientos cuarenta y dos mil setecientos ochenta y tres millones cuatrocientos cincuenta y siete mil pesos ($ 242.783.457.000) moneda legal, distribuida institucionalmente así:
