Si el reajuste de que trata el artículo anterior correspondiere a aumento de costos por factores de orden monetario, no estarán obligados a su pago los propietarios que hubieren cancelado la contribución de contado o dentro del, plazo que, para gozar de este beneficio, establezca la Junta Directiva, al señalar las formas de pago de cada obra.
