Perfeccionamiento de la compraventa. La compraventa de las acciones objeto del presente programa se entenderá perfeccionada con la adjudicación de las acciones que realice el Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras o la bolsa de valores encargada en caso de llevarse el proceso de enajenación por medio de este conducto, sin perjuicio de la suscripción de los instrumentos que el Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras considere necesarios para documentar las operaciones.
