El Promotor-Curador de Menores desempeñará en todas las actuaciones que ocurran en el Juzgado de Menores la defensa de los intereses del menor, ya presentando pruebas y razones en favor de su inocencia, o demostrativas de su culpabilidad, ya proponiendo las medidas que sean más convenientes para la salvación del menor.
