Art. 9.° Es un deber de las juntas directivas de fábricas denunciar a las de manumision, exijiendo previamente una relacion jurada del respectivo párroco, cuánto produce anualmente el beneficio eclesiático de la parroquia que administra, con el fin de que se haga el descuento a que se refiere al artículo 4 .º de la lei.
