Art. 4.° El Inspector del Hospital militar pasará a la Secretaria de Guerra i Marina, durante los primeros cuatro dias de cada mes, una relación nominal de los individuos que en el mes anterior haya habido en el establecimiento, con espresion de la colocacion que tengan en la División, de las hospitalidades que cada uno haya causado, i de las fechas en que hayan tenido lugar las altas i bajas.
