Tasa De Interés Corriente Y Moratorio

Ley 49 de 1990 · por la cual se reglamenta la repatriación de capitales, se estimula el mercado accionario, se expiden normas en materia tributaria, aduanera y se dictan otras disposiciones.

amends decreto 624/89

El artículo 864 del Estatuto Tributario, quedará así:

“Artículo 864. Tasa de interés corriente y moratorio . La tasa anual de interés corriente, será igual a la tasa de incremento porcentual del índice de precios al consumidor para empleados que corresponde elaborar al Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística, DANE, para el período comprendido entre el primero (1°) de enero y el 31 de diciembre del año anterior, a aquél en el cual se efectúa el pago.

La tasa de interés moratorio a que se refiere el artículo anterior, será igual a la sanción por mora que determine el Gobierno Nacional para los impuestos que administra la Dirección General de Impuestos Nacionales”.
