Artículo primero Apruébanse los estatutos de la Corporación Regional Autónoma para la Defensa de las ciudades de Manizales, Salamina y Aranzazu, cuyo texto es el siguiente: ACUERDO NUMERO 1 DE 1972 (diciembre 7) La Junta Directiva de la Corporación Regional Autónoma para la Defensa de las ciudades de Manizales, Salamina y Aranzazu en uso de las facultades que le confiere el artículo 16 de la ley 40 de 1971, y el artículo 26 del decreto 1050 de 1968.
