Los que hayan celebrado ó celebren contratos de arrendamiento de conformidad con el Decreto número 552 de 1905 y quisieren explotar los bosques contenidos en el terreno que se les haya dado el arrendamiento, podrán solicitar durante el plazo ó á su vencimiento, que el Gobierno les otorgue concesión de acuerdo con la presente Ley.
