Quedan derogados los Títulos 1.°, 2.° y 4.° del Decreto número 660 de 31 de Agosto de 1881, los Capítulos 1.° , 2.°, 3.°, 4.°. 5.°, 6.°, 7.°, 8.°, 9.°, 12 y 13 del Título 3.° del mismo Decreto ; el Decreto número 662 de 11 de Febrero de 1893 que crea una Junta Fiscal, del Ejército ; el Decreto número 291 de 31 de Enero de 1896 que reformó el precedente, y todas las demás disposiciones ejecutivas anteriores al presente Decreto relativas á Contabilidad Militar.
