El artículo 116 del Decreto 1000 de 1986, quedará así: "Artículo 116. Con excepción de los titulares de visa diplomática, oficial, de servicio, de cortesía, de estudiante, de negocios, transitoria, visa o tarjeta de turismo, visa o tarjeta de tránsito y permiso fronterizo, todo extranjero mayor de catorce (14) años de edad deberá presentar los siguientes documentos a las autoridades de Emigración para salir del país

Certificado de paz y salvo vigente;

Cédula de extranjería vigente;

Pasaporte vigente".
