Destínase la suma de quinientos mil pesos ($ 500.000.00), que serán incluidos, en tres contados sucesivos, en el presupuesto nacional; y caso de no incluirlos el Organo Ejecutivo queda autorizado para arbitrar los recursos fiscales correspondientes.
