Art. 171. Para que un consignatario pueda obligar al dueño de las mercancías, deberá presentar un poder suficiente de dicho dueño. Maa, cualquier consignatario puede obligarse a sí mismo, sin necaeidad de autorizacion, si presenta los fiadores respactivos.
