º . Sueldo básico. A partir del 1º de enero del año 2002, el empleo de Comandante Superior de Prisiones Código 2041, Grado 09, tendrá derecho a un sueldo básico mensual de un millón trescientos noventa y un mil cuatrocientos setenta y nueve pesos ($1,391,479) moneda corriente.
