Artículo único A paartir de la presente fecha, en los viajes bajada que hagan los baques correos de propiedad del Gobierno, destinados al servicio en el río Magdalena se admitirán hasta cuarcuta (40) toneladas de carga, en cada barco, al cincuenta por cierno de la tarifa ordinaria o general.
