Del trámite de las quejas y reclamos. Los operadores de TMC están en la obligación de prestar a sus suscriptores y usuarios una atención eficiente, atenta y oportuna, en los lugares y en las condiciones que destinen para la atención de las mismas. Las quejas y reclamos podrán presentarse verbalmente o por escrito. El operador debe dejar constancia de la misma y de la respuesta de conformidad con el contrato de concesión suscrito con el Ministerio de Comunicaciones.
