Decreto 391 de 1995 · por el cual se modifica la composición del Consejo Asesor de la Superintendencia de Sociedades.

o . Funciones . El Consejo Asesor formulará al Superintendente de Sociedades las recomendaciones o conceptos relativos a los asuntos indicados en el artículo 34 del Decreto 2155 de 1992, pero aquellas o éstos no son de forzoso cumplimiento. Tanto unas como otros constarán en actas firmadas por el Presidente y Secretario de la reunión, que se mantendrán y conservarán en las oficinas de la Superintendencia de Sociedades.

Parágrafo

Lo consignado en las mencionadas actas no se podrá divulgar o publicar mientras no se adopte por el Superintendente la respectiva decisión, salvo que se trate de asuntos sujetos a reserva según la Constitución o la ley, caso en el cual mantendrá tal carácter.
