º. Apartir de la publicación de este Decreto, amplíase el límite para el pago de extras mensuales a los empleados públicos que desempeñen el cargo de conductor mecánico en las entidades del nivel nacional, a ochenta (80) horas extras mensuales. En todo caso la autorización para laborar en horas extras sólo podrá otorgarse cuando exista disponibilidad presupuestal.
