Las partidas correspondientes a compra de maquinaria, herramientas e instalación de talleres, serán manejadas por el Contador-pagador del Ministerio de Educación Nacional, lo mismo que las partidas para sueldos y materiales del curso artesanal de "San Juan Bosco", de Bogotá.
