Art. 3.° Para el reconocimiento y ordenación del pago de la subvención de que trata la ley 10.ª de 1887, en los años sucesivos á que dicha ley se refiere, se necesita del mismo modo que los encargados del Colegio demuestren ante el Ministerio de Instrucción pública que la marcha de aquél es regular y próspera y que la subvención se invierte debidamente.
