Artículo 1°

En las capitales de Departamento y poblaciones de más cincuenta mil habitantes o que tengan un presupuesto anual mayor de $200.000, el Concejo proveerá a la creación de un Director Municipal de Higiene. Este empleado será nombrado por el Alcalde, para un periodo de dos años.
