Ley 1543 de 2012 · por medio de la cual la Nación se vincula y rinde honores al municipio de Sogamoso, en el departamento de Boyacá, con motivo de la Conmemoración de los Doscientos (200) años de haber sido erigida como Villa Republicana, se exaltanlas virtudes de quienes adhirieron a la causa de Independencia y se dictan otras disposiciones

Autorícese al Gobierno Nacional para que en cumplimiento de los artículos 150, 334, 341 y 359 de la Constitución Política, incorpore dentro del Presupuesto General de la Nación y/o impulse a través del Sistema Nacional de Cofinanciación, apropiaciones necesarias que permitan la ejecución de las siguientes obras de carácter vital y de interés social para el municipio de Sogamoso:

Construcción de la Biblioteca Pública Municipal "Rafael Gutiérrez Girardot".

Recuperación de la infraestructura vial y paisajística del Centro Cultural y Religioso de Morcá.

Construcción del Centro Administrativo Municipal.

Construcción del Archivo Municipal de Sogamoso.
