Incompatibilidad . Los funcionarios de la Contraloría General de la República que hayan ejercido el control fiscal en el instituto y sus parientes dentro del cuarto grado civil de consanguinidad o segundo de afinidad no podrán ser nombrados ni prestar sus servicios en él, sino después de un año de producido su retiro; los nombramientos que se produzcan con violación de lo aquí establecido estarán viciados de nulidad.
