Inmediatamente que el Departamento de Santander reciba el pago total a que se refiere esta Ley, procederá a traspasar al Gobierno Nacional los terrenos situados al Noroeste de la ciudad de Bucaramanga que el Departamento mantiene en su poder y que han venido perteneciendo al Ferrocarril de Puerto Wilches.
